Size matters. The Fredericksburg Expo Center boasts over 80,000 square feet of contiguous, single-story exhibition space-so the possibilities for marketing your company or organization at Facility MAX are virtually endless. Whether you have a simple table top display or a twenty-ton behemoth, we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
 
…Oh, and if it's a twenty-ton behemoth you plan on displaying-please reserve your space early. There's no guarantee that it will be available tomorrow.

A "TRUE" BUYER'S SHOW
A regional advertising campaign is being launched to position Facility MAX as a "true" buyer's show. Unlike costly national shows, attendance to Facility MAX is free. Attendees will be regionally based, qualified decision-makers who face with a wide range of everyday commercial/industrial/institutional facility buying decisions. In addition to the large, national suppliers who will be exhibiting, Attendees will appreciate learning about what resources and cost-efficient solutions are available to them locally and regionally in a relaxed, consultative, buying environment.
 
The cost to exhibit at Facility MAX is a fraction of what you'll pay elsewhere. We've kept our prices down for a reason. Facility MAX Exhibitors are asked (and expected) to sharpen their pencils and offer legitimate, show-only discounts on select products and services to stimulate the overall buying environment. Without your help, we can't deliver on our commitment-to be the region's premier, comprehensive facility management "buyer's" show.
