Home and Garden Show Exhibitor:
Thank You for participating in the
March, 2008 Fredericksburg Home and Garden Show and making it
a great show!
As you know, for this past Spring
Home Show, space was completely sold out,
including the newly expanded ballroom exhibitor area. This is
in addition to the current waiting list of over 40 exhibitors
who were not awarded space in the Spring Show but indicated they
want to be a part of the Fall Show in October.
What does this mean for you?
A July 1st deadline has been set to take
advantage of our first-come, first-serve policy on reserving exhibit
space for our 2008 Fall Home Show, October 17th, 18th, and 19th.
Complete and return the contract
with at least a 50% (non-refundable) deposit, and your company
will now have reserved space in the Fall Home Show.
After the July 1st deadline, BMG will extend the opportunity to
reserve space to any company wanting to be in the Fall Show (including,
but not limited to, our waiting list).

out if you want space in the show!
