The $5000 Landscape Makeover is brought to you by Stafford Nursery of Stafford, VA. To enter you must submit 2 photos of the current landscape that is in need of improvement. Photos must be submitted with a short story of 200 words or less of why you should win and your contact info:

Terms and conditions: By sending an Entry contestants are agreeing to contest terms and conditions.

1. No purchase is necessary to enter or to win.
2. Contest begins on March 12th, 2010, and ends on March 27th at 3pm.
3. Contest sponsor is Stafford Nursery 544 Truslow Road Stafford, VA 22407
4. $5,000.00 value: includes design fees, labor, transportation, materials, and any other designated cost at the sole discretion of the “sponsor.”
5. “Sponsor” will have final say on design and materials.
6. No Cash Substitution or exchanges.
7. The winner (and winning makeover property) agrees to be photographed for promotional purposes by Stafford Nurseries, INC and Ballantine Management Group of VA, LLC. (for use in any future advertising and or promotions, etc)
8. By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Contest Entities from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use of any prize.
9. Entrants must be at least 21 years old and a legal resident of the United States.
10. Employees of BMG or Stafford Nursery, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, franchisees, advertising and promotions agencies, affiliated companies, sponsors, vendors and the immediate family members of and members of the households of such employees are not eligible to win
